When clients or other visitors book appointments or submit information through your NotaryVisit-powered booking site, we collect and store that information on your behalf to operate the Service. This may include:
- Client name, email address, and phone number
- Appointment address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
- Requested service(s), appointment date and time, and timezone
- Client-provided notes and any private notes you add about the appointment
- Fee-related information (e.g., travel fee, service fee) you configure or that is calculated by the Service
We use this data solely to provide the Service—for example, to display and manage appointments in your dashboard, send booking confirmations or reminders if you use those features, and to support troubleshooting. We do not use your clients' data for our own marketing or advertising. We do not sell your clients' data.
